Santiago de Cuba, Cuba - Motorcycle taxis are commonly used by the locals to get around town in Santiago de Cuba. They are much cheaper than regular taxis at around 10 Cuban Pesos (CUP or pesos nationales) to go most anywhere in town. 10 CUP equates to ~40 cents US and should not be confused with the convertible pesos (CUC) which is the currency tourists usually use.
