Notes:

Vedado, Cuba - The skies glow pink as the sun sets in Vedado, a vibrant neighbourhood in the city of Havana. Bordered on the east by Central Havana and on the west by the Miramar/Playa district, the area is home to most of Havana's large businesses. In the foreground is El Malecón, the avenue that runs along the seawall at the northern shore of Havana, from Habana Vieja to the Almendares River. The condition of the buildings along the Malecón can vary from modern high-rise hotels to crumbling and potentially dangerous buildings. During strong storms, waves can be seen crashing over the seawall onto the street.
