Notes:

Trinidad, Cuba - A cuban woman talks to her friend through a window in Trinidad, a well preserved colonial town in central Cuba. Trinidad is located in the province of Sancti Spíritus and together with the nearby Valle de los Ingenios, it has been one of UNESCOs World Heritage sites since 1988. It was founded in 1514 by Diego Velázquez de Cuéllar under the name Villa De la Santísima Trinidad. Trinidad is one of the best preserved cities in the Caribbean from the time when the sugar trade was the main industry in the region. Nowadays, its main industry is tobacco processing and tourism. The colorful buildings, cobblestone streets, excellent live music, and nearby beaches make it a popular tourist destination.
