But the cancer was not gone, and bad news struck in the form of a relapse a few months before his 3rd birthday. This time the doctors decided to use more aggressive chemotherapy, and Lucas was completely bald for the first time.
A fund has been created to keep Lucas' spirit alive. Donations will be used to support children's medical treatment in honor of Lucas.
